This is a legally binding document outlining the working relationship between iSmartsLabconsultancy and all type of Educational institutes.
• Free listing , Free Brand awareness and Free Promotion for listed all types of Education Institutions.
• Service charges will be paid by Educational Institutions as per the mutual agreement between us and Institutions once students got admission.
• Internship fee Rs.500 shall be paid towards online Digital Marketing and Web Designing courses ( Course duration 1 month /2 months/3 Months)
• For hiring Man power and placement of students ,Charge are applicable as per the terms and conditions of iSmartslab Job Consultancy .(Link job Consultancy)
• Education institutions is required to submit the details like profile, background, course details, preference or any other related terms and conditions on the prescribed format or on the letter head of the Institutions or through email from official email id with the name of contact person.
• Maintain confidentiality in all the transactions carried out with us.

For Candidates:
• Free enrollment for Students in our Education Consultant Portal.

Confidentiality
• All correspondence forwarded by iSmartslabconsultancy to the Education Institutes shall be considered to be strictly private and confidential between the parties involved and cannot be forwarded to any other party unless formal written permission is given, in advance, by iSmartslabconsultancy.
• Should these conditions be breached by the Client the iSmartslabconsultancy reserves the right to terminate the contract with Client.
